We have developed a new sensing and flight control system for small UAVs including both an active flight control board and an avionics sensor board.
Together, these boards compare the status of the UAVs position, heading and orientation with the pre-programmed data in order to determine and apply the flight control inputs needed to maintain the desired course. The system uses small amount of energy to satisfy the longest busyness in flight.
Canon Eos 5d Mk III
Used for the purpose of photogrammetry, Canon EOS 5D Mark III is a digital SLR camera full frame captures 22 megapixel images at 6 fps and Full HD movies.
The lens used is EF 35mm f / 2 IS USM Lens fixed focal length of 35 mm with image stabilization.
It combines the high performance of a DSLR with the practicality of a mirrorless with his 36-Mpix CMOS full frame sensor without an optical low pass filter for optimal image sharpness, continuous shooting up to 4 fps and Full HD video recording at 1080/60p in only 465 grams of weight
Tetracam ADC Micro
Used for precision agriculture and in particular vineyards. The ADC Micro is a light sensor that is designed and optimized for the acquisition of wavelengths of visible light more than 520nm and the wavelength of near infrared up to 920nm.
The main use of this product is the recording of the leaf reflectance. The resulting image is suitable for the derivation of different vegetation indices.
The FLIR A65 produces crisp thermal images of 640 x 512 pixels, visualizes temperatures between –40°C and +550°C with an < 50 mK thermal sensitivity captures the finest image details and temperature difference information.
